I am making some changes in my dividend portfolio and starting to refocus it on private credit stocks that pay monthly.
A new stock added this month KKR Credit Income Fund (KKC). A listed private credit company dealing internationally.
I will still keep PL8, but not adding any more.
I did add some more Cromwell dollar cost averaging as it’s only a small amount so far adding 2409 shares.
Added 401 share of Gryphon Capital Income Trust (GCI)
Metrics Income Opportunities Trust (MOT) did a unit purchase plan and I bought another $30k of stock.
Added 1438 shares of Metrics Master Income Trust (MXT).
Added 621 shares of Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (QRI)
And I sold South32 at breakeven. One of the issues being it drastically cut it’s dividends and the focus on private credit corps.

Iv’e increased my income dividend portfolio by $50k this month!
Drastically reducing my expenses, maximising income and selling off decades of accumulated “stuff” that my house is full of. I may have to make a post on that topic alone.
Also have a real estate sale of a jointly own property coming soon which will be a nice addition.
Happy investing.
