Hello,
Someone once said “If you love your job you’ll never work a day” or something similar.

And he was almost right. No matter what job or work you do, not all days are smiles and roses.
Though it is definitely a lot better than a job you don’t like or even worse, you hate.

In my my case my passions and work are pretty much the same, and while not all sunshine rainbows, on the whole it’s a pretty good way to be. For me it’s IT, Business, Investing and Music.
I managed to be self employed since my early twenties doing what I loved or at least liked most of the time and still making a decent income.

There is a bit more than just liking or loving your work though, you have to be reasonably good at it too.

This blog is about sharing my journey to Financial Independence and Early Retirement.
My own little world that seems a little different to most people I know and of what I read online.

Don’t expect topics and concepts to be sugar coated, that’s not my style.

And most posts will be fairly short. I don’t care about how many words Google likes in a blog post, I’m generally focused and straight to the point without the long winded intros for the sole reason of getting a word count.

And of course nothing on this site is financial advice, just me sharing my experience and opinions.
